Shipping policy
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We ship primarily via FedEx.
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after your order is received.
Purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the size of some products. Each package can be tracked with its tracking number.
IMPORTANT
- Products are typically delivered on wooden pallets. Make sure you have the necessary equipment (unloading dock or forklift) to unload the truck at delivery, because the products are very heavy.
- You must be present at the time of delivery, otherwise the carrier will not be able to unload your order and leave it on the premises.
- Charges will apply if a carrier has to leave with the shipment without having been able to make the delivery.
- Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
- We do not offer curbside delivery.
Shipping times may vary depending on the chosen service and the delivery address. We cannot guarantee that express shipments will be on schedule, because this service is provided by an external shipping company and not Manuquip. No refunds will be issued for delays in expedited shipments caused by acts of nature that are beyond our control.

Due to the nature of the products we ship (particularly their weight and size), shipping is not free. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by FedEx based on the products and shipping address. The cost of shipping is displayed at the payment stage of the order.
